We keep shipping simple. Orders ship within a few days of roasting.
Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location within the continental US. We're in Seattle, so West Coast orders often arrive faster.
Orders over $40 ship free.
Because we roast to order, your coffee ships fresh — usually within 3–5 business days of your purchase. You want it tasting its best when it arrives.

Single Orders
3–6 business days depending on your region. Most West Coast orders arrive in 3–4 days.
Subscription Orders
Timed to arrive close to the roast date you choose. You'll get a shipping notification each time.
Returns on Gear
Our brewing equipment comes with a 30-day guarantee.
We stand behind every burr grinder, pourover dripper, kettle, scale, and tamper we sell. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, return it in original condition — we'll refund or replace it, no questions.

Coffee Freshness Guarantee
Coffee is perishable. We stand behind ours.
Because coffee loses flavor over time, we don't accept returns on opened or partially used bags. That said, we roast fresh and we ship fast — your coffee should arrive at peak flavor.
If your bag arrives stale, damaged, or otherwise not up to our standard, we'll replace it or refund it immediately. Just let us know via the contact form with a photo if you've got one. We'd rather you taste great coffee.
For unopened bags, reach out within two weeks of delivery so we can help while the coffee is at its best.
Subscription Changes
Pause, swap, or cancel anytime — no penalties.
Have a subscription with us? You control it completely. Pause it between trips, swap to a different origin mid-month, or cancel whenever. All changes happen instantly in your account area.
